Our promise

• PlanIT works offline with no server, no cloud and no account. After you choose to pair, shared plans and your own linked devices sync directly, end-to-end encrypted, only while PlanIT is open and the devices can connect locally. There is no background or internet sync.
• We never collect your data, and so we will never sell it.
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
• Apple's Calendar, Reminders and Contacts are only read, only when you switch them on, and never changed.
• Your data leaves your devices only when you choose to export a backup, share content, share a plan nearby, or link your own devices. Paired-device transfers never go through a server.
• You buy PlanIT once. No subscription.

• Calendar: every important date from every plan and from your own events. See the Calendar.
• To-Do: what's next, from every plan, in one list. See your To-Do/On Deck list.
• New Plan (the gold “+” button): start a plan. See creating a plan.
• Journal: write about your day. See the Journal.
• People: everyone in your plans. See People.

Two pages- to the left/right of the Home page

• Swipe right for Launchpad: write anything and it finds where the input goes and offers suggestions.
• Swipe left for Deep Scan: search everything.

• This Field Guide: the "?" on the home page and on every other page opens a bespoke help article; the "i" in a menu does the same.
• Touch and hold any button to see what it does. See hold to explain. You can’t break this app, enjoy finding out how it works.
