Tasks & To-Do
The Task List
Breaking down a plan into tasks, in order, each task with its own steps and options.
Adding tasks
- Open the Task List from its structure or panel on the plan's board. With no tasks yet, you will be prompted to add a first one with the keyboard ready.
- Tap + (bottom right) to add another. A task left empty is removed when you leave.
A task's row
When Closed/compressed, a row shows its number, its name, how many steps are done (e.g. "2/5") and, if it repeats, when the next iteration occurs. Tap the arrow on the right of the task to open/expand it: Show more / Show less.
When Open, it shows its options: see a task's options.
Ticking off
- Tap the number: it becomes a tick and the task moves down among the done ones.
- Tap the tick again if it isn't done after all: it goes back to the open tasks.
- Done tasks move to the Archive after a while (a week, unless you change it).
- A repeating task moves on to its next date instead, with its steps unticked again.
Moving and deleting
- Tap and hold a task, then drag it onto another to reorder.
- Swipe a task left twice to delete it. If tools are linked to it, a prompt asks which tools should be removed alongside the task: Delete Item + All Aux, Delete Item Only, or Delete Item + Selected Aux. Tools you keep stay in Auxiliary (but are no longer linked to a task).
Put a task on your To-Do/On Deck list to see it on the Home Screen with everything else that you have coming up next. See your To-Do/On Deck list.
