Daily copies and recovery
PlanIT stores a copy of your data each day for the last week, on your iPhone, and never writes over data it can't read.
- A copy is made once a day as you leave PlanIT; the last seven are kept on this device. Daily copies do not include photos or files. Export a backup to keep a separate copy of those; sharing a plan or linking your devices can also send them directly to paired devices.
- Restore one from Settings → Backup → Daily copies. Your current data is kept as a copy first.
If your data can't be read
PlanIT stops saving, keeps the file untouched, and offers to restore a daily copy, restore a backup file, send the file, or start fresh. Nothing is written over.
