Tasks & To-Do
A task's options
Open a task to move it to To-Do/On Deck (on the Home Screen), tag it, attach a tool, repeat it, or add the people with whom you’re working on it.
- To-Do / On Deck: adds it to your To-Do/On Deck list on the Home Screen. It stays in its plan too (so you won’t lose it).
- Tags: label it to filter later. See tags.
- + (Attach auxiliary to task): on Cryo and Giant plans, you can link a note, table or tracker to each task; see Auxiliary. A Dwarf's tools belong to the plan, so its tasks don't have this.
- Repeat: see repeating tasks.
- People: tick a person to tag who the task is with or for, pick from Contacts, or add someone by name. Typing @ and a name in its text can also be used to link the relevant people.
- Aux 🔗: opens the tools linked to it, when there are tools linked.
