The Calendar

Open it with Calendar on home's bar. After your first week the button is called Mission Control, PlanIT's own name for it; see plain names.

What it shows

• Your own events, the ones you add here or from Launchpad.
• Every plan's Timeline dates, deadlines and milestones.
• Repeating to-dos, such as a person's check-in, on the day each is next due, under "Your events". Tapping one opens your To-Do/On Deck list.
• Birthdays and important dates of the people in People.
• Journal entries, on the day they were written.
• Your iPhone calendar's events, once you switch them on. See your iPhone calendar.

Getting around

• Pinch to move between year, month, week and day, as in the iPhone's Calendar. See year, month, week and day.
• Tap a day to see its list underneath. Tap anything in it to open it where it lives.
• Tap + (bottom right) for an event of your own. See events.

The bottom bar

The capsule at the bottom left holds, in order: this help, the filter, the switch between the calendar and the timeline, and the level you're at. Alarms opens your alarms and every event set to ring.

Version 2.1 brings a clearer Calendar and a Next up panel on iPad.
