Tags
Label plans, tasks and tools, then show only what has a tag, in one plan or across all of them.
Adding tags
Tap a tag button (on a task, a tool, or the plan's Tags part). Pick from This plan's tags, Reuse from other plans, or type a New tag name and tap Add.
- Rename a tag by editing its name in place.
- Delete Tag takes it off everything that had it.
- Tags go on plans, satellites, tasks and Auxiliary tools. The Journal has its own; see Journal tags.
Filtering
- A plan's Tags part, and the To-Do/On Deck list, show only what has the tags you pick.
- A solar system's page filters its plans by tag. See a solar system's plans.
- The Calendar's filter can show only plan dates with certain tags.
Auto-tags
With Auto-tags on (Settings → General), new tasks, notes, to-dos and Journal entries are tagged from what they say, at most two each, once. Each automatic tag shows a ✦ until you keep it.
