Tasks & To-Do
Your To-Do/On Deck list
One list which centralises what's next from every plan, plus any quick to-dos of your own (which you add directly to the list, from the Home Screen). The app renames it from To-Do to On Deck after your first week (to keep in theme).
Open it with To-Do on home's bar (later On Deck). It collects:
- Every plan task you've put added to the To-Do (open a task in any task list structure in any plan, tap its To-Do button). Each item in the list has a tag showing which plan it's from.
- Your own quick to-dos, added here with +, or from Launchpad.
- Repeating check-ins from People.
Tick something on either list, To-Do or from its plan (where you added it to begin with): both stay in step.
When tasks are done
Tasks you complete are grouped under Done, using Move to Archive. Tasks brought into To-Do from plans and marked as Done leave the To-Do/On Deck list, but stay ticked in their own plan; your own to-dos which you have added directly to To-Do/On Deck go to the Archive when completed. They move by themselves after a while too.
Removing
Swipe a row to the left twice. A plan's task only leaves the central page. The item stays in its plan; your own to-do is deleted.
