- On their page, under keeping in touch, set Check in: Off, Every week, Every 2 weeks or Every month.
- It's a repeating to-do on your To-Do/On Deck list, due at the check-in time (7 PM unless you change it), with a notification, and on the Calendar.
- In touch today marks that you've been in touch.
